Tips for Making the Most of Your Airport Dining Experience

To fully enjoy the local cuisine near airports, a little planning goes a long way. Here are some tips to ensure you make the most of your culinary adventure:

1. Do Your Research: Before arriving at your destination, spend some time researching the best local eateries near the airport. Look for recommendations online, read reviews, and see if reservations are necessary, especially if your time is limited.

2. Manage Your Time Wisely: If you’re on a layover, be mindful of your schedule. Factor in the time needed to travel to and from the restaurant, as well as time to enjoy your meal. It’s also helpful to use a flight tracking tool to monitor your departure time and avoid any last-minute stress.

3. Embrace Local Dishes: Don’t hesitate to try something new. Exploring local dishes is a fantastic way to immerse yourself in the culture. Whether it’s street food or a sit-down meal, let your taste buds lead the way and take advantage of the opportunity to experience something unique.

4. Ask for Local Insights: Sometimes the best culinary experiences come from local recommendations. Don’t be shy about asking airport staff, taxi drivers, or locals where they like to eat. Their insider knowledge can lead you to hidden gems you might not find otherwise.

Restaurant fashion also exists and the new format of food – tasting sets or a set of author’s dishes – shows it.
Chef Charlie Trotter from Chicago came up with the idea 20 years ago, and many gourmets have come to love his idea. Tasting set is the set of author’s dishes where the master shows his status, professionalism and imagination.
Facility’s guests have a perfect opportunity to learn about the restaurant’s concept and menu, taste masterpieces and appreciate the chef’s mastery. It includes several dishes connected with each other by the same theme. Moreover, the presentation is characterized by creative approach and creative presentation.

Until recently there was almost no such format in our city, at the time when the creation of tasting sets for the guests was common for European restaurants with Michelin status.
Today, chef’s tasting sets demonstrate the active development of culinary culture.

At the restaurant we will present a unique offer – nine kilo sets including steaks, ribs, mussels, seafood, crab, lobster and much more.
Nine offerings are nine dishes. This is a real find for a company of four to six people. These promotional offers at nice prices are unique in their composition and presentation.
For example, the BIG RIBS SET consists of one kilo of pork ribs, double baked potatoes, sauce and two sweats, and the BIG LANGOUSTINE consists of one kilo of langoustines, baked potatoes, two sauces and two sweats.

And those are just two examples of the author’s nine sets. Check with the receptionist for more details on all the offerings. And the other thing is to choose one or more sets, invite friends and appreciate the unparalleled taste of each dish.

Gastronomic sets take place in our restaurant for a month, and if you wish you can add specially selected wine from the wine list, represented by famous and exclusive wines.

We understand that not everyone can manage their time because they want to. Exactly for the busy people at our restaurant there is a “Delivery” option, which can be used by anyone.

What do you need to do?
Just go to the website, make an online request, and specify the place and time of delivery.
This service will not only save you time, but also allow you to participate, albeit distantly, in the tasting of bright and unusual dishes.
